WAMP5 is an easy-to-install Windows package that installs Apache 1.3.31, MySQL 4.0.18, PHP 5.0.0 and a system-tray control tool. It's also bundled with phpMyAdmin, SQLite Manager,and several code examples for PHP5's new features (SQLite, SimpleXML, and Object Oriented programming)

Yahoo's User Interface library (YUI) is a very robust, advanced, and large library of javascript classes for doing all kinds of cool stuff in your web apps. The Connection Manager is their AJAX component. 100% Open Source, too.

I love this reference, and I don't really know why. It seems to always come up in a google search, and I am rarely disapointed by their documentation and tutorials.
